Touchdown Licensing Issue

I have sent out two emails in a span of 2 weeks to Motorola Support and have yet to receive a license. I was told they would contact me again in 24 hours but have not heard from them once since then. What should I do?

Have you tried starting a thread in their support forum? Moto Matt is pretty good about responding. Also, Touchdown has a 30-day trial license, so hopefully you're taking advantage of that in the meantime.

Thanks for the advice Cory. Ill head over to their forum. And yes, i am currently using the trial.
