Well, if it keeps on crashing and is not compatible with the note3 then I would say that don't force the application to get it install as this will create issues with your device. I would not prefer doing this and I still don't think that this is in the hands of user to make it compatible for their device rather than the developer itself I would say rather than trying to modify the application so it became compatible with your device I would say you should contact the developer of the tocuhpal and ask hin to make it compatible for your device.
