Touchscreen Question

Does anyone else have a problem with opening apps that are on the desktop?

Sometimes when I touch a desktop icon it moves but does not open the app. It can take me two or three times to open an app because of it.

I would first suggest to delete icon and then put it back. Then you could try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.

Let me know what happens.
