I just got my nexus 7 this morning, well got one last night but it had screen lift issues, so I switched it this morning and so far this one has gone pretty well. Anyways, it's been working fine, but a few minutes ago I woke it up and the screen wasn't responding well at all. I put it to sleep and woke it back up and it's fine now. Question is, is this a problem that'll be fixed with a software update or do I need to exchange it? I've seen several threads about this but not one where anyone knew for sure if it was hardware or software. Thanks in advance for any help.
