Unfortunately you can't. Unlike previous models where you could boost sensitivity for use with gloves, the feature is no longer available (as the screen is already a tad more sensitive and can be used with thin gloves anyway). The only way to increase it now is by hacking the phone and messing with the hardware.

When my first Note7 was a little unresponsive to touches sometimes, I tired this app. Most people says it helps. I didn't use it or play around with the settings enough to know for sure how effective it was. Worth a try.
