tough to choose between carrier version or unlocked

Sorry to spam you guys again! I'm simply wondering which of the two would be a better choice: AT&T or US unlocked model. What are benefits to each model, and which would you choose?

Unlocked has obvious advantage of being able to more easily move between carriers, AT&T will get updates sooner and probably longer.

Other than if they have different processors there shouldn't be much of a difference. Some of the sites are saying that the Snapdragon version is a Little Bit Stronger.
