I have been getting numerous error messages that there is an error connection to Network Data. This has been going on for almost a week and interferes with me using the phone.
I called Sprint today to complain and was told that a tower went down on 10/19/11. It should be up and running in a day or two and when it is I was told that I will get a credit to my bill for the interruption of service.
All of you in NYC call and same some money.
