Is there a place to track updates, beta releases, etc? Meaning, is there a forum or thread where we can see when updates are pushed by Samsung or carriers or to a particular region of the world and what improvements or bugs people are experiencing? I came from OnePlus and I am accustomed to knowing almost immediately when something was coming. Many times we would use VPN to get an update early from Europe or Asia and there was a lot of discussion about it. Hopefully this makes sense.

Samsung releases when they want to, so there's no way to even anticipate updates.

If you want guaranteed updates, stick to Google (first Monday of the month). OnePlus is reasonable. Samsung? When someone gets one, you'll hear about it here or on XDA Forums.

I'll give another source Sammoblie
Okay I'll add Sammobile as well as XDA. I'm not looking to do anything special. Was just hoping that there was some active discussion around the world about the different updates and possibly some info from Samsung. For example, OnePlus would post in the forum "we have begun to push the latest update 9.2 to the phones, and it contains new gesture controls as well as improvements to the camera and fixes the low volume bug." For example. I guess I'm just accustomed to having an idea where I'm headed. They would also let us know if they are working to resolve an issue that people complained about. Thanks for the info!

If you follow Android/smartphone news at all, you'll probably know when the Q beta lands on the S10 variants.

So far I love it. I have some complaints about the camera processing that have largely been solved by going to Google Camera, and might be fixed in future OTA updates anyway. I had promised myself I'd NEVER buy a Samsung phone but they really solved a lot of my prior complaints over the years all in this generation. It's a great device.

I agree , hopefully keep refining the camera with updates and I'm with you on it being a great device.
