Where do I see the credit for my trade in. The site says I got an instant credit of $86.00 but I can't find it on my bill. Anyone know where it shows.

First, the site that tells me I got the credit is my log in to Verizon as I bought the new phone from Verizon direct. I am paying for the phone over 3 years, do not see the credit on any invoice just that it was approved.

Can you show us the invoice (with personal info redacted)?

The trade-in amount will be divided up into 36 bill credits, which you'll receive "1 to 2 billing cycles" after your trade-in was confimred and approved. You'll get the first couple on the first bill on which they appear. This won't appear anywhere after you buy your phone and get the trade-in appraisal confirmation, though.

This is something Verizon needs to be much more clear about. I think most of us know at this point that the $xxx trade-in total is paid out as bill credits. Even knowing this, I had concerns when I reached the final purchase page the day I bought the S22 Ultra in the My Verizon app (any note of the $1,000 trade-in credit disappeared) and when the credit didn't appear on my first bill almost a month after I got the trade-in appraisal confirmation that I was getting a $1,000 credit.

There needs to be more overt language that indicates the trade-in credit is still pending. In its absence, its easy to worry something went wrong.
