Android Central Question

So I have a note 20 ultra where only the s-pen works with the screen. The digitizer or touch screen no longer works. It has no cracks or was never damaged, the screen just stopped responding to touches. Would this still meet the trade-in requirements for samsung or att?

Welcome to Android Central! It depends on the trade-in deal, so look at the fine print. Some trade-in deals will accept any phone, even a broken one (T-Mobile tends to do this). But here's a recent AT&T trade-in fine print that specifies the phone has to be in "good working order", which presumably would include a working touchscreen: www.att.com/ecms/sharedcontent/en/l...:content/desktoplegal/legalsharedcontent.html
