Got the email from Samsung this morning that my trade in was successful! Breathed a sigh of relief. So unfortunate that we have to worry about trade ins getting stolen!

I had two trade ins pending, a Flip 4 for a Flip 5 and a Fold 4 for a Fold 5. Both completed over the weekend. Wasn't worried about them being accepted, both phones looked like new, just happy there were no shipping shenanigan's.

Sending mine out today. The only problem I have had over the years is Samsung saying I sent in a S7 phone instead of a watch 2 even though i definitely sent them a watch 2. That got straightened out finally.

My Watch5 pro trade in has been delayed since the 17th... no movement so far as of this morning... I'm a little concerned because my flip 4 trade in which is of a higher value is scheduled to be delivered today at the same exact location in Texas

Mine was like that too. You just have to wait it out. It was the last day that they quoted when I finally got the approved email. I would have called the next day, but it got approved.

Every year, I hear these horror stories, and I get worried, but for me, it has been ok every year...

It's like waiting for Christmas when you are a kid - it seems like it will never get here, but it always does come eventually...
