I bet our old phones get to them quicker than our new phones got to us!
Haha actually they just FedEx ground for trade-in so it takes close to a week to go from Pacific Northwest to Texas in my case. I wish they actually used FedEx 2 day like they ship to us, so that the trade-in completes fasterI bet our old phones get to them quicker than our new phones got to us!
Sent mine in yesterday. Put bubble wrap around the phone, put it in a box with more padding. Took it to the FedEx drop-off location. Took a picture of everything. Currently following the tracking back to FedEx on my FedEx app. Scheduled to be to them on Monday.
I did make sure to sign out of all of my accounts and factory reset the phone.
You have 15 days to have it postmarked to send the trade in back. I would recommend using the new phone for a week before sending the trade in to them. Make sure you want to keep the new phone.

I got my trade-in email today and haven't even received the phone!
Same. I got the email 2 days before the phone. I still have plenty enough time to test the phone, but it's the principle! Had the nerve to say we hope you're enjoying your new device. WHAT device? Rant over![]()
I take videos also , heard enough stories with SamsungTook pictures of everything, packaged the phone very well and will drop off at FedEx on Friday while I'm out working.
Trade in label and instructions should be available for you in your order details at Samsung.com if your phone is already delivered. They will email day or before delivery but sometimes that email may come late. You can send in any box, but anyway you are getting your S22 in a box so makes sense to use the same.I haven't received any trade in instructions. Am I supposed to send in same box the s22 ultra shipped in. Or wait for an email from Samsung with trade in details? Thanks
