My trade-ins (phone & buds) were delivered Tuesday mid day, didn't hear a word from Samsung, need to be worried?
Probably more trade ins have started arriving and taking additional days to process. Give it couple more days.
My separate trade-in's for Buds 3 Pro and Buds 3 also delivered Tuesday. Got the received trade in email for Buds 3 Pro today, but haven't heard anything for the Buds 3 trade in.
I've seen it take 3 weeks before you hear from Samsung. As long as you don't get the your trade in hasn't arrived possible charge back email You're fine. If you get that email then contact them.

Trade in accepted for Buds 3. Sent in the Buds 2 Pro. Samsung emailed yesterday (Saturday) that they received the trade in. Delivered to them on Tuesday. They emailed me today that trade in successful and received the full $100 value.
Still waiting on the Buds 3 Pro trade in successful email. Delivered the trade in on Tuesday, got the received trade in email on Thursday. But haven't heard after that. This is the tricky trade-in where I sent the first gen Airpods for trade in. Hoping it'll go smooth lol.

Just got trade in successful for my Buds 3 Pro as well. Original airpods for $100 (Nice !!!)
That completes all three trade ins for me successfully in the last 2 weeks without any issues.

give it a couple days sometimes a glitch and it gets corrected.That has happened to me. It made it to Irving, Texas and then nothing for a few days, finally showed up in new Jersey. FedEx is notorious for late deliveries, I don't know why Samsung don't change the trade ins being shipped by UPS like they did with shipments.
Keep Samsung in the loop, but they will tell you it needs to be missing for some time before they will look into it more. It's best to keep them updated in case you need to extend the return window.

I just got my trade in approved early this morning. They sign for August 1st and completed within 5 days.

Thx for the suggestion. I contacted Samsung about the FedEx delay. They asked me not to worry about it, and they will consider trade-in complete if not delivered in the next 10 days.
They are so used to FedEx being late, losing packages, their employees stealing the phones they just now credit the trade if not received by certain time.
With that said, here's my tracking. FedEx delayed as normal.

They used to ship new phones via FedEx and then changed to UPS. I wish they would just use UPS for everything
Took my trade-in to FedEx July 24 and it was delivered July 27. Got the email from Samsung on July 28 that they received the phone and I'm still waiting for the email that says trade in complete. Waiting this long is a first for me.
Mine says they got it on August 5th and now waiting, they did say within 14 days should hear back.
