Trade in value

As of today, it's only $90.

I got $200 for my Evo 4G last year, so I guess phones aren't retaining their value as much any more.

Just returned from Radio Shack and they offered.....(drumroll) $15. for that price Ill keep it and us it as a flash light.

Wow, how mighty generous of them. ;-)

Glad I got mine from Best Buy at a time when they were offering their "Buy Back" program for free. I will be returning my EVO to Best Buy for a nice $180 Best Buy Gift Card.

Sprint is offering $70 as a credit for a Evo 4G. I'm considering that or I might just keep it as emergency spare. You know, just in case that Mayan apocalypse thing might happen. I'm guessing that Sprint data will really suck then.

+1 on the spare if you don't get the price your looking for.. Never know when you might appreciate having that old phone around as a backup ;)

How do you do the Sprint buy back with presale? Can you go in the store after activation?

Sprint buy back program. Its a account credit and no matter what carrier or seller its from. For example, my Evo and my wife's Epic 4G were both purchased at Radio Shack. The Evo gets a $70 credit and the Epic qualifies for $60. 1)get a instant quote for your old phone online. 2)Print out a prepaid shipping label online and 3)Send the phone to Sprint. Once they receive the phone they will process it and credit your account within three invoices. Its good for the environment and puppies. I don't know if you can do this at a store location and its not a instant credit. Its a option for people that don't want to try selling their phones on Ebay or Craigslist. I don't know if I will do it,I still have every cell phone I ever purchased for some reason. Can't seem to get rid of them.Must be a phone horder.
