Trading Samsung Note 9 toward/for Pixel 3XL?

I used to be a stock only guy but after having the note 9 for over a month that had changed. Really impressed. hopefully one day Google can develop competitive software.

I think hardware would be more significant in order to be competitive

I think pretty much all the flagships are running lag free and smooth as a pixel, the pixel needs features to stand out and not in other phones , hardware definitely could use a boost . Can Google do this , absolutely and then some. We haven't seen Google best yet and hopefully soon we will.

I'm being honest, the only thing off that list I miss is stereo speakers..... the cell reception and upload/download statement is subjective, I get great reception and upload/download speeds everywhere I go with my pixel, whether on wifi or cellular data ;-)

I stand by my statement that Samsung phones have nothing to offer me over a pixel except for being way overpriced, too much bloatware with way too heavy a skin laid over Android, and ridiculously slow updates for the outrageous pricetag. Plus all the issues folks come across trying to use peripherals with them, and things being broken or bricked from a "Samsung specific" update, because of that overly heavy skin.

I know you'll say all phones have those issues..... but you've been around the forums long enough to know Samsung has them more ;-)

I'm just stating what it does better, I'm not trying convince you to buy the phone , I know everyone has different taste . And for me every phone is overpriced . You think a pixel is worth it's asking price ? Hell no . I have to admit the note 9 is like a pocket computer. I really don't have any issue on my Samsung phones that other people experience, same I can say for my pixel . The 3 phones I use the most at any given time would be my note9,iphonex,pixel 2xl and all 3 have Sims in them so I see the difference in them daily. But if you don't like the phone it's cool your not offending me I'm not tied to one company, people have understand the note 9 is a power house phone ,you might not like them but it is what is .
