First of all, I've never been one to believe in all those "training the battery methods" but I'm curious enough to try them on my S6. Anyone have a particular method?

I will say that I have charged it twice and it has completely depleted twice. Fortunately it charges very very fast.

I usually do 3 full depletion when I first get a phone, and that usually is it with li-po Batts. I've read and will be implementing the 20%-80% methods with the gs6e. They say that's the best range to keep your batt in. I've been doing it on my gs5 for a week now and I can see the benefits, not that it really last longer but it's quick charging and the slowest range for depletion. Previously my gs5 would deplete from 100-80 in 1hr but from 80-20 could take up to 15hrs! Depending on use. So their may be something to that method.

Its called calibration. It doesn't do anything for battery, but it does give operating system a curve it can rely on to report more accurate battery levels.

To do this, charge to 100%, drain to less than 10%. Charge again to 100%. You are done.

Calibration probably is needed every couple of months.
