Transfer Call log and SMS history from S 2 to S 5

Can someone please help with transferring the call log and my SMS threads from the S2 to the S5

The SD card has been corrupted, but I have managed to move most data using my PC - just can't find the call log files and the SMS's - can someone tell me the file names where I will find this data -
Managed to transfer the full WhatsApp history using my PC
I really need my call log and SMS's
