Transfer data in Notes Lite app from Galaxy s3 to Galaxy s4

I can't find the "Notes Lite App" actual note data in the info that is available in my S3 to transfer to my S4. The Notes Lite App is "alive and well" on both phones but the actual Notes Lite data files aren't available.. at least to my untrained eye.
