Transfer Files from internal storage without turning phone on

When I lost my USB cable I started transferring files from my computer to my phone via bluetooth, but the automatic saving place wasn't my SD card. It was on my phone's memory. Now My phone is now inaccessible and I can't turn it on without it freezing and turning back off after about a minute. I want to transfer my music/photo files from the phone's memory onto either the SD card or onto my computer. Can anyone help?

I would say buy a new USB cable or ask a friend/family memebrr to borrow one
