Transfer files FROM S3 Gear TO S9+

So I bought Hear Voice Recorder for my S3 Frontier and File Transfer App to transfer the voice files to my Halaxy S9+ but it just ain't working. I followed all instructions with no success. The instructions say the files will be moved to a folder called MyGalaxyWatch on my phone but I cant find the folder anywhere. Also I was getting error message when trying to transfer. Anyone know the easiest, most successful file transfer method? Does the File Transfer work on the S3 Frontier or just the Galaxy watch? Thanks
