transfer from olde iPhone4s to new Note 8

I want to transfer a very few items from my olde iPhone4s to new Note 8.
Items are just my iPhone Notes, and Safari internet bookmarks.
What is best way? Including if suggested transfer apps are compatible with olde iPhone 4s.
Can this be done over wifi?

Probably not with the iPhone notes....at least not directly. Probably easiest to download Google Keep on the iPhone, sign into your google account via the Keep app and then copy & paste the text from your notes. Then install keep on your Note 8 and the notes will be there.

As for Safari bookmarks, I'd say use a similar method. If you have a Mac or Macbook, simply import your Safari bookmarks into Chrome. If you only have the phone to work with, you can try installing the Chrome app on your iPhone and then importing bookmarks from Safari.

Backup your phone to iTunes, install SmartSwitch for PC or Mac. Connect your Note8, then use the option to restore from iTunes backup.
