I have a Galaxy S 2 who's USB storage is full. I will be buying the Galaxy S 5 soon and I want to keep all my music from this phone onto the next one. I bought an SD card to transfer my files onto but I cannot seem to be able to move it all. I have over 1500 songs that don't come from the same source of download, so they're all located on different folders. I cannot access all those folders on my laptop so I cannot transfer it from my USB storage to the SD card on a laptop. When you go onto settings/ applications/ all/ music player,it gives you an option to move to SD card but it is greyed out, not allowing me to click it. Is there some way to move all my music from my USB strorage to my SD card without using a laptop ?

You should be able to move any file using the My Files app on the device.
