That's odd. Have you tried auto syncing playlists as well as trying to add individual tracks? Do they both not work? Reboot the phone and watch, delete all music from the watch*, turn off auto sync music playlists and try again. If still not working, you may need to do a back up, do a full reset and restore. Or you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the Wear app and re-pairing the watch first. Or both.Doing that and waiting a lot of time and nothing...
