Transfer Sprint S7 > Verizon S7

The Helium app used to be called Carbonite, but it still creates a Carbon folder and that is where it puts everything. If your directories are empty then it didn't do any backing up. Are you sure you selected what you wanted backed up and picked app data?

Yeah, I tried several times. It finally did back up the app data I selected - no clue why it worked. It did a great job of restoring onto the new S7, so everything seems to be fine tonight. ;) Thanks again for your help.
