Transferring app data to a new device

Hi, apologies if this has been covered (or is well known to be impossible) but I've tried a search and can't find either answer.

I have a new tablet (A7 Lite) and a Phone (S20 Ultra). Is there any way to transfer the settings/app data for apps from the phone to the tablet?

Smart Switch nicely imports the apps themselves, and some system settings, but the ideal would be not to have to log into/set up as many of the apps as possible as this is a real time killer. (I appreciate some particularly secure apps like banking may not have a work around but I'm hoping most do?).

I haven't rooted anything in years, and I'd rather not if it stops me using NFC payment/banking apps, but other than that I'm happy to hear all solutions from a simple app to things involving a PC and a command line.

The best thing is use Samsung pass and google auto fill , it wont do bank accounts but everything else
