Transferring apps/WPs ICS to JB

Now that JB is finally pushing, I need to transfer the News & Weather app and the stock green WP (name unknown) to JB. Titanium has backups for the app and one for Wallpaper and another for Settings that involves wallpaper.

Will simply restoring those immediately after the OTA (I'm rooted but stock) be enough?

The update won't change a thing, don't worry. It will unroot you though.

That app and wallpaper aren't available on my N7, so I assumed they would be lost.

I have Voodoo Root Keeper, so fingers crossed.

Good point. In that case they'll need to be updated if the issue is simply Jelly Bean. If it's an issue of tablet incompatibility, then you're fine.

The app and WP transferred with no problem on the non-rooted phone. The rooted one apparently isn't as stock as I thought.

Now to find out how to transfer the app and WP to my N7.
