Anyone have experience with retrieving contacts they had backed up to Samsung Cloud, and exporting them to a new Android (but non-Samsung) phone? Can't seem to access Samsung Cloud on my PC (apart from images/photos) and my Samsung itself is broken, so I can't transfer contacts via USB!

Unfortunately you can't. Unlike other cloud services, Samsung's S-Cloud doesn't allow you to see what's actually stored there. You can use SmartSwitch to transfer the data (or Kies if you have an older device), but that only works for Samsung phones. If you want cross-brand compatibility you should stick with Google's backup options, not Sammy's.

he answerd ur question by not even wanting to. just sync with sam cloud on phone then sync back to google account on Phone then sync back via google on new phone
