Transferring Data from Note 4

I bit the bullet and bought the Note 5, over the V10. I am charging it now, but was wondering what the best way to transfer my data is? I am on Verizon.

Try Samsung Smart Switch in the play store. Just download to your old phone and make sure it is on the note 5. Follow the instructions and you are done.
