I am having an issue with helium app. This has happened to me before with different phone so i am thinking maybe i am doing something wrong so please help.
I used helium to backup 5 game data to internal storage on a nexus 4. I then copied the folder carbon from nexus 4 to a pixel.
then i setup carbon on the pixel and when i go to restore backup tab and click internal storage nothing shows up to restore.
just to make sure carbon is working on pixel I tried to backup an another app in pixel and then it showed on the restore tab.
Its just the copied folder from nexus is not showing up. what am i doing wrong? am i missing some steps?
