There are several ways you can go about this:
1. As already suggested, connect your device to your computer and simply copy and paste your music to your device. Once the music is on your device, you will have to build your play lists through the music player on your device. Very time consuming, imo.
2. For iTunes users, I recommend iSyncr. This app allows you to sync specific play lists already present in your iTunes library to your device. This is a fast and simple process. There is a free and paid version of this app. The paid version supports wireless transfer.
3. Google Play Music Manager. Google allows you to upload something like 50,000 songs to the cloud and will store your music for you for FREE. If you are an iTunes user, it will upload all of your music and maintain play list integrity. You then listen to your music via streaming. Keep in mind, this will use data if you are connected to a mobile network, but when connected to a wi-fi network, there are no data charges. This will give you access to ALL of your music without taking up space on your device or MicroSD card.
