Transferring photos from s3 to pc

Hi, I am having trouble when transferring my pics from my samsung galaxy s3 to my pc, it it transferring them fine but I keep getting 4 copies of the same photo in different resolutions. Does anyone know how to stop this so that it only transfers 1 of each pic? Thanks In Advance
