Transformer Infinity or Wait?

The Google cube does look nice but if they decide to sell it for $300 I don't think it will sell well at all. They need to ditch the audio amplifier and just stick with HDMI out to eliminate a good chunk of the manufacturing cost, which hopefully would put it in the $150 range.

Champion, do you go to UCF? That's where I went and I hated Brighthouse.

I'm not sure why everyone's saying the infinity is buggy... I had that cmclient error at the beginning, but no other problems have shown up.

I'm actually still in collegiate High School and I'm looking at various colleges for when I graduate from collegiate ( I will have my AA degree at the same time I graduate High School, and I'm hoping that if I get enough scholarships and stuff I can go to UF or some other major college for my bachelors).

Bright House is a joke and as soon as Verizon FIOS comes to my area we will definitely be switching to them, heck once Verizon comes to my area I don't think Bright house will have a single customer left! Just wish we could get the Google Internet Service here!

I just bought the Transformer Infinity two weeks ago with the keypad it is fantastic I find my tablet is pretty dam smooth, I don't think its buggy at all. I know many people that are apple freaks and they even admit it is a better tablet. They always had apple products and thats the only reason they have a I pad. Man my tablet is quick! SOOOOOOOOOOOOO glade I bought the Asus!

@Gene

Dude stop the nonsense. I'm a huge Android fan and hate Apples closed eco system. But, there is no way in the world that the Infinity could be compare to an iPad 3, is not even close. The IPad runs way smoother with no lag, no bugs and no crashes. There is no way you own both tablets Gene because if you did, you wouldn't be saying this.

Android phones give Apple a run for their money and it could be argued that they are better but when it comes to tablets, there is still a lot of work to be done.

And to those who claim that Asus has the best Android tablet, please grab a Nexus 7 tablet and then come back and comment.

This is not coming from an iPhan but from a loyal Android fan. I waited a long time for this tablet and I'm very disappointed with it.

I own both and my new iPad is collecting dust.

IMO the Nexus7 is a no go

Small screen
No HDMI
No USB
Lower screen rez

No thanx.

The only thing I would mention about your list is that the N7 does have a smaller screen making the difference in resolution not noticeable. If memory serves me right I think they have the same PPI.

Has anyone gotten JB yet?

I too chose the Infinity over the new iPad and have no regrets whatsoever. I researched the purchase quite a while before I bought it, this being my first tablet. I have also had envious iPad owners checking it out. I much prefer this to the iPad I use at work.
