This is something I am hoping we will see almost right away. As the prime with the dock already has a full blown keyboard and mouse (plus plenty of screen real estate), I'm hoping we will be able to just dock our tablets and maybe load an apk or run a kernal command to flip it over to the ubuntu experience.
I won't be able to do this myself, but I'm hoping someone who can (or Canonical themselves) will do it pretty quickly .
