Transformer prime power + volume up/down

I tried to do the hold the power button with both volume buttons pressed. then it says to press the volume up button for 5 seconds then I get a android guy with a process bar then a minute later the guy is laying down with the yield sign on him. what does that mean. I tried the re-reinstall the firmware with the same results.
