Using google translate is it possible after translating a sentence to copy and paste that translation into an email or text message and how do I do that?

Assuming you have the latest version, just hit the 3 dots at the right of box where the translated words are and just click 'copy'...
After that, paste it anywhere you want...to paste it, just hold your finger in a text input section until the paste option appears
