transmit data from windows peripheral to android tablet

I have various windows peripherals that I must have the data transmited over to an Android tablet via USB or even Bluetooth .Any sugestions would be apreciated

What type of windows peripherals? If it is a network drive, you can use an app like ES File Explorer to connect to it. You can even connect to shared folders on your PC (in case you have external drives that are not network accessible). With ES, you can connect to them via wifi.
