I'm going to DR in a couple weeks on vacation at a resort (Corfsi). I am bringing my nexus 4 with me but I have a couple questions. If anyone have experience traveling there is love to have any input.
I will need to contact people back in the states via phone and text/email. I know the resort has wifi, so I could use that but its resort WiFi. Should I try to get a data Sim card there, if so where would I go? Or should I load up Google voice or Skype with money to call out with over WiFi?
If I go with the Skype/google voice over WiFi, what's the international rates from DR to the US.
