Not really sure where I should post this...

I'm going to be going to Europe (Denmark, France, England) this fall for work. I'll only be there for about a week but would like to still have access to calls and mobile data. I've looked around a little and what I'm thinking I might do is activate GoogleFi for the trip? I'm currently on contract with AT&T and their prices are more with less data. I have a Nexus 6P (purchased direct from Google). Does this sound like a reasonable plan? Seems like I could get buy on $30 and get 1GB of data. Of course, I'm assuming I can then 'suspend' my Fi account when I get home? Thoughts?

Thanks pkcable. I had found more info after I posted this. I've found one person who uses Fi abroad and seems to love it. Sounds like you can pause or cancel your service at any time. I think this is the route I'm going to go. Worse case, I ask AT&T to activate their plan if it doesn't work.

The answer you seek are here. Based on my cursory glance it SOUNDS like it could work....

Who knows if you really like FI, you might eventually be able to tell AT&T where they can stick it. ;) lol (DON'T be rash, but I do know many who love ProjectFI, and let me make a plug for my guys too, T-Mobile, which are great with all their extra perks, like Music Freedom, and Binge On. And coverage has gotten MUCH better in the last 2 years, if it's been a while since you looked at T-Mobile, give them another look)
