Traveling to Mexico

I going to Mexico and will be taking my dinc. I have already changed my plans to allow roaming and data. Is there a way to make the phone automatically dial the us international code on numbers in my address book? I'm using miui rom and I see there are some options in settings. There is a setting for auto ip dialing and I can enter the code but I can't figure out a way to test it?

If you have to make phone calls I would get a prepaid card and not take your Incredible. even with you getting the data changed you will have one heck of a phone bill. Is it really worth the extra costs? You would save a lot of grief using a prepaid calling card instead.

Actually that is a misconception. I signed up for the 1400 min. Mexico plan for 3 phones. They prorate it for the days you use it. I get unlimited texting and I will get 3xx any time min and 2xx nights and weekends for 7 days and it is going to cost me $32 Thats pretty cheap.

I'm just trying to figure out how to have my phone automatically dial 011 for the US?
