Trinity Kernel

It is very smooth and fast for me using the inferno 512 kernel. I wouldn't doubt that the non-overclocked gpu kernel is just as nice, but I have not tried it yet. Apparently the dev. was going to be getting a nexus to actually try the kernel on for themselves which will probably help in the future development of the kernel.

hearing good things but I was waiting to try it until the dev actually has owns the phone.

when i get my sprint galaxy nexus its going to be the first kernel i try
I run the nexus 4g kernels all the time
morfic is an awesome dev

alot of devs develop for phones they dont own. thats what testers are for :p
involves alot of trial and error lmao

I've been using it for 3-4 days now and it is terrific on my phone. I mainly use the AOKP rom and Trinity 384-b kernel. I am able to run the Hotplug governor (not everyone can) and this kernel totally ended the Keep Awake bug on my phone. When the screen is off the phone basically goes into Flat Line mode now!! I no longer have to start and stop the camera after every reboot, disable Maps, disable DRM Content, etc. This kernel fixed this issue totally!! And it is smooth and as fast as all the others. I run 350-1350 and I have not changed any of the voltages. I run it just the way Team Trinity built it. YMMV!!

Good luck.

Thanks for the input. im installing these two now.

I flashed the 384 gpu trinity this afternoon. I am on AOKP b20 - actually had better results with the stock kernel than with trinity. At least, snappier results. No idea abt battery bc its only been a few hours.
Either going to try the 512 trinity or francos latest nightly later.

yea this is so much better than stock. dont forget the gapps like i did lol. figured out quick that gapps stands for google apps once my phone came on.
