Trouble connecting to school network

Hi everyone,

I've had my photon for around 8 months now and haven't been able to connect to my school's network (802.1x EAP).
When I try and connect I have the following options:

EAP method: PEAP (as given by my school)
Phase 2: MSCHAPV2 (give by school)
CA certificate: only option here is unspecified
User certificate: only option here is unspecified
Identity: my username
Anonymous identity: left blank
Password: my password

options for show password and proxy server as left unchecked. When entered, my phone will try to connect but always fails and stops trying to join the network. I have no idea what's going on, no one else that I know seems to have this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem at UTA and it may be that you need to download xpress connect like I had to and make sure you open your browser and follow the steps, thats how ours is. You can connect but not have actual access till you do all those other steps.
