Trouble downloading 5.1 update

I have the moto E on Cricket, and for the last couple of weeks, have been receiving the update notification.
Using the WiFi at work, I start the process, go to check on It a couple hours later, and it is still showing It is downloading, but it shows 0%...?
I have tried to download it on several occasions, but still the same result.
Any ideas as to what is going on..?

​Can you try on a different wi-fi network? Your work network might have a firewall set up to block traffic like that.

I was finally able to install the new update, and so far I really like the changes. Appears to run smoother, battery life seems better.
What other differences have others noticed....?
A little side note, I recently switched to Cricket wireless (about a month ago) and couldn't afford the original phone I wanted. (S4) so I "settled" for the moto E.
I have to say this phone continues to impress me...
