trouble on LGP509 after unlock the device

Hi, this is buddhi. I have already unlock the device, cellphone LGP509 but I couldn't operate again in Nepal. When I insert any GSM sim, it appears " not in service". Do you have any suggestion how to use it again. Previous the device used in USA. Thank you for your kind consideration.
