Trouble Purchasing Apps - "Invalid Card"?!

I tried purchasing an App, and after entering the info, it said "invalid card". I have double checked the info on Google Checkout and it is correct. The card is good. Any suggestions?

I had this problem when I tried to use my Amex for an app that was sold in foreign currency. I used my Visa card and it went through.

Yup, for some reason international currency doesn't take Amex... I'm assuming this is true of the android market and not something droid specific.
