Trouble rooting

Trying to run unrevoked3 on the pc and it has been stuck at pushing recovery? for about 10 minutes.

WTF am I doing wrong?
I swear installing SDK was easier then this...

Did you download the hboot drivers? Did you uninstall HTC sync?

yeah the root man is helping me out....forgot about HTC sync because of me using pdanet....
