Trouble with 4.3 update

Hey guys, sorry for another update thread, but I couldn't find any other threads with this problem when I searched. I just got pushed 4.3 tonight, and it downloaded. Then, when I tell it to restart and install, it counts down, and just hangs when it says "Rebooting now..." I've tried rebooting myself, clearing cache, and booting into recovery, but nothing is working, and I just get the same issue everytime. Is there a way I could possibly delete the update file that's been downloaded to start "fresh", or at least force the reboot for the install? I'm pretty stuck here. Thanks in advance for your help.
