Trouble with Bixby

This past week Bixby just stopped working for me. Before this past week everyday I would call my mom to check up and see if everything is ok yet. I don't live close and my dad has dementia. So anyway I would tell bixby everyday to call mom and it worked perfectly everyday until this past week, now i get " I don't understand" I can't use Google because I have google devices all over the house and If i tell google to call mom it is broadcast over my google nest speaker in my living room. I can't figure out how to stop that. This is the reason I use Bixby to make calls for me. Anyone else have this problem? I have cleared data and reset up bixby and it did not fix it. I am not going to reset my phone and have to set it all up again. It's not that easy to do when I have a lot of stuff on my phone.

I have not run into that problem.........yet. as with anything, that could change.

yes I had restarted my phone many times this past week. It did not help.

Have you cleared the phone's cache partition.?

You have to start the phone in recovery mode:

1. Power off phone
2. Simultaneously press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons
3. Release when you see the Samsung logo

The phone should boot into recovery mode.

4. Using the Volume Up/Down buttons, scroll down to Wipe cache partition
5. Press the power button
6. Select yes and press power button to confirm
7. Reboot phone.

This doesn't wipe the phone, just the cache partition. You will not lose any data.
