Trouble with returning from Google Voice (GV) to my defaulted phone use

I am a Resident Assistant and we use GV to allow the residents to call us with issues. My phone connected to GV without a problem, but now when some one calls my phone, they cannot hear me. the Hangout on Google work fine, but my direct phone does not. i have disconnected my number from GV when my shift was over, but my callers are not able to hear me. The GV service has worked just fine in the past, but this time I am having issues. I use T mobile as a carrier
