trouble with update

Anyone else having trouble updating their s3 to the update that includes multi window ota? I keep getting some message and I've been trying since 8 in the morning. I even tried manually but it's not even the right update.

I have been having the exact same problem. I have been trying since yesterday and it keeps saying "Access to the software update service is provided to users in the order in which they request it. Try later" message.

This is starting to get frustrating.

I just tried again and still get that message. What does it even mean? This always happens when I try to update my phone with us cellular.

That message means they are rolling it out in different areas first not all at once. You should be able to use Samsung Kies to get the update also.

don't trust samsung Kies after reading all the bad news about it. Besides whenever I plugged in my phone it said my phone wasn't supported with Kies 2.0

I only use Kies for updating not syncing. You may need to update to the latest version of Kies for it to work. Are you rooted and using a different rom?
