Does anyone here use Verizon visual voicemail? I just started using it a week ago. I'm missing calls! My phone isn't even ringing but instead calls go straight to voicemail which is really frustrating like waiting on a call back and I can see someone tried to call 3 times while my phone is in my hand but never rings. I've tried and tried to disable it but I can't find the visual voicemail toggle. It's not where they say it is lol. Ugh. Even tried a chat with Verizon chat and got disconnected with that. So frustrating. Does anyone here know where I can find the visual voicemail toggle to turn it off?

I have unlocked phone on t-mobile and use the Inbuilt visual voice mail, which is very good.
Have you ever had phone calls not ring but instead go straight to the visual voicemail? That's the problem I've been having

It may not be a visual voice mail issue. Check your call forwarding status, sounds like its set to bypass and straight to vm.

Having played with alot of unlocked phones sometimes the software isn't compatible with network features or the device is not registered on the network. To solve this just register a network device, that usually nipps it in the bud!
